HIIT Workouts

High-intensity interval training can be done 1-3 times a week, depending on what else you’re doing. Be sure to read about HIIT here before starting.

Elliptical machine notes: For a machine that uses RPM (revolutions per minute), halve the number listed for SPM. If your machine uses MPH (miles per hour), use (RPE) rate of perceived exertion as described here.
