I’m about to share something with you that could change the way you train forever. If you think squats are important and want to improve your technique – pain-free – you must check out the new Elite Performance Squatting Seminar by powerlifting record-holder Jordan Syatt.

In this comprehensive, two-hour seminar, Jordan explains everything you need to know about how you can add pounds to your squat or your clients’ squat with pristine form and no pain.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Identify the most common problems holding you back in your squat
  • Learn optimal squat technique in the safest, most efficient manner and avoiding mistakes that cause discomfort.
  • Progress from a beginner to an advanced trainee and learn how squats fit into a well-designed program.
  • Individualize your program and increase your squat more than you can imagine.

At the age of 22, Jordan is an accomplished powerlifter, author, and recognized expert on strength and conditioning. He’s interned at Cressey Performance and Westside Barbell and has written for T-Nation, Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Fitness, and other high-profile publications.

Even with these crazy impressive credentials, Jordan is down-to-earth, genuine, and generous with his knowledge.

Now until February 21st you can get the Elite Performance Squat Seminar for only $29. That’s a considerable discount for a course you’ll benefit from for years.

I’ve personally benefited from this seminar already and am integrating Jordan’s expertise with my personal training clients and my own training. I don’t frequently endorse products or people, but Jordan is someone I respect and trust. I highly recommend this seminar if you want to take your squat to the next level.

  1. HOLY CRAP I see so many back injuries & other injuries waiting to happen when I see people squat & especially guys doing to much weight! I rather have less weight & build a better leg development even if not as big as you want BUT have no injuries! 🙂
